It depends which office you're in and what managers you have. The management selection needs major improvement.
Support from management
Most managers are not supportive at all but more worried about pushing people through to make their "numbers" look good.
Freedom to work independently
Micromanagement at its best.
It's fair. Some offices never know what's going on outside of their office. It's good to network and know people in other areas.
