Suggestions for improvement
- The system needs to be revamped via Presidential oversight (i.e. an outside audit by Office of Attorney General. The grievance process is set up too much in favor of management winning as opposed to being fair and equitable to the employee who registers the complaint. EEO should have its own independent agency as opposed to having to answer to management--that fact within itself is a conflict of interest and disadvantageous to the employee.
I like about the employer
Retiring. There was such an insensitivity to an individual's emotional, psychological, and physical well being, that it affects productivity and created an atmosphere of low moral.
