There are a lot of personal factors that seem to interfere with a peaceful and productive workplace, and constant drama and tantrums from employees causing frustration and distraction from working with the clients.
Support from Management
Too much focus on personal drama
constant conflict and most people closed off to hearing others ideas and suggestions
Level of Autonomy
Employees do not carry their own load and are not required to by administration, making the workload uneven. Most tasks, if completed are done with constant complaint.
