At the start it appeared to be a welcoming place to work.
Support from management
Not sure who actually is in control of Customer Service. Every employee that has a little tenure wants to tell you what to do. Oh, did I mention, its all females!
A couple co-workers were willingly to assist without trying to be controling.
Freedom to work independently
Management doesn't pressure you but must take your share of inbound and outbound calls. Must be able to convince members to renew annual membership.
The said Trainer, Call Center Manager, Supervisor, and others were involved in training. Not clear on who is in control. Everybody want to train. Somewhat confusing if you ask me.
Customer Service dept. doea not have a equal balance in gender. Too many females all wants to be in control.
Attitude towards older colleagues
The company does hire older employees.
I don't know if the company provided advancement or career path.
Overall compensation for your work
Was told salary was higher but after being hired salary was lower.
Office / Work Environment
Work environment was comfortable.
The company involves itself in Earth Day awareness.
For the short time I was onboard it appears that the company valued work and family time.
At the start I was very excited about working for this company and dept. but soon realized it was difficult with with all females. Too many wants to be in control. Senior manager is too relates with allowing call center manager and supervisor run the department. Trainer thinks she the boss while others assign to other special projects thinks they are the boss.
Job security is based upon sales, marketing, and membership renewal.
Not sure but believe the company hire and provide resources tp assist employees with disabilities.
Company provided a safe working environment.
Work was not bad. In fact, I enjoyed the work however, the department has too many in control.
Inclusive / Diverse
It appeared the company value and welcome diversity in the workplace.
