The company will not look out for you and often more than that sides with client and uses policy to punish and not help others by firing or discriminating against anyone who has common sense. Management will say what they want no matter what employee background and hide behind noble words.
Level of Autonomy
Management will say they hear you, some actually do but fail to enforce policy as it is fair or to maintain organization. Team work is next to nil and people often for the most part are out for themselves. Often lazy attitudes get rewarded and hard work and effort gets punished with more tasks to make up for lazy employees. One person who want to make better will do the job of three people and not get recognized.
