Manager demoralizing and back stabbing.
Support from Management
Poor leadership support and training. Lack of resources for management. They have a call center but you get sent in circles
Very departmentalized. Many organizations and accounts that dont work well together. For example a facilities team and a food and beverage team.
Level of Autonomy
Some employees were alowed to take naps while others worked hard.
