While working here the supervisor was two faced and would throw an employee under the bus to cover herself.
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to your employees. Allow for water breaks when it's 101 degrees outside. Train everyone to do the industry standard. Treat people with respect and dignity.
I like about the employer
The hours were a big part of why I worked there for longer than I originally planned.
