Suggestions for improvement
- Get the regional sales teams together (they're getting better at this) more often. There's a pretty good amount of communication between the different parts of the sales teams but sometimes things can slip through the cracks and it helps to make personal connections to keep that from happening.
I like about the employer
It is just a very upbeat and team oriented company as far as I've seen. I've been a part of the in-store sales team for the company for about 5 months and there's almost nothing but positivity. Sure, quotas can be stressful, especially for the higher ups occasionally.. but the hard times rarely last as there's a lot of camaraderie so when one person falls we all move quickly to pull them back up.
