Suggestions for improvement
- Develop a SOLID work environment. The Owner should not be in the day to day operations. While she is a nice person, she was a terrible leader. I feel she has extreme trust issues and values no one. She can talk a good game but the proof is in the fact sheet. When you fire that many people, one would have to ask the question.
- Stop the spying, and back stabbing practices.
I like about the employer
Most of the employees were really nice.
