- Screen your employee's. EO violators should be prosecuted and fired, not promoted
What I like about the company
At first the opportunity, till your in the company and treated to hostile work environment
What I dislike about the company
The leadership in horrendous in this company. It's never constant always changing. The company promotes hostile work place conditions and overlooks all eo violations. Program managers are allowed to prety much get away with murder. When I worked for this company, the PM at Fort Lee provoked individuals with PTSD to get them fired leading to several suicide attempts. THE PM is allowed to discriminate and use an individuals disability against them. Understanding most non military individuals do not know or understand PTSD and its triggers, but the PM is a veteran supposedly with PTSD. If you are a veteran, or know someone who is a veteran working for this company, warn them fast. I have lost to many brothers and sisters, we don't need to allow a company to promote and allow discrimination against them.
