Unrealistic targets set. Does not back subordinates. Quick to just to conclusions without first investigating. Unprofessional. Employees are not involved in decision-making process.
No real room for growth. Favoritism is shown in many aspects. No encouragement for personal development.
Many locations are run by a single person. Doors are unlocked and anyone has access to lab. No cameras or other type of security.
