Lack of communication, no hands on training, Solstas/Quest doesn't stand up for employees but always support what the client says. You work over time to provide great customer service to clients but Solstas will not pay you for that. They make you take longer lunch or leave early. Some employees don't get lunch because your boss or Csr always stating this is a 80,000 dollar account and you have to please the customer,but what about your employees. Can't get time off for vacation. Always have to explain why you need a day off. This is modern day slavery!
