Suggestions for improvement
- I would suggest that since they do a yearly evaluation that employees receive a pay raise, even a modest pay raise, if they do well on their evaluation.
I like about the employer
I worked as a monitor at their visitation center. I am currently attending school and the hours fit in well with my school schedule.
I dislike about the employer
I worked there for two years and did not receive a single pay raise in the time I was employed. The building I worked in was not the greatest building to work in either.
