Suggestions for improvement
- 1. The company needs to have important changes and information posted on a bulletin or a white board so there is clarity in communication. 2. Regular yearly reviews ought to be done without the need for employees to ask for one. 3. Leadership should do a better job of recognizing employees strengths and weaknesses and offer more oportunity for advancement. 4. Management needs to eliminate all forms of yelling and foul language when correcting employees when mistakes are made
I like about the employer
There are a variety of things to do while working and every day is a bit different. Even if you happen to be doing something monotonous, more than likely, there will be a need that interrupts the monotony. Completing a job was more often then not very satisfying and brought a sense of accomplishment.
