Support from management
Absolutely no open door policy in regards to employees in relation to conflict situations or within the guidelines of the decision-making process.
Teamwork is encouraged, but not adhered too.
Freedom to work independently
Hard workers are taken for granted and "at-minimum" workers are rewarded.
There are two women employees working for Solutions Thru Software out of 15-20 employees.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Long-serving colleagues are not supported. More intelligent individuals are less likely to advance.
There is no standard for personal development.
Overall compensation for your work
No medical benefits. Rumors suggest that payroll was in danger of being met at times.
Hard workers are overworked. Families of employees are second to work. Families that do not attend company sponsored functions are deemed as "black sheep".
Lots of internal conflict in regards to other employees (back-talk).
Inclusive / Diverse
Within the technology realm there is extreme resistance to change and adaptation of new software.
Suggestions for improvement
- Management at all levels of the company could provide an open door (one-on-one) policy when reviewing claims against employees. Listen to employees needs and contributions before judging and solidifying opinions against an employee.

The level of challenge provided by the software they provide.
