It's either their way or your out. Their way isn't always the right thing to do or how it should be done in the manuals. It's all about the higher ups making money by cutting service, standards, and employees pay
Suggestions for improvement
- Accept people for who they are. Everyone can contribute in some way. People respond better by love and concern, if their is a issue it's best to talk to someone one on one. Find a middle ground. Everyone can learn something from someone. If you treat employees well, your business will strive. Bc at the end of the day it's the employees who build your business, not the men and women who sit behind the desk crunching numbers. You got to give respect to get it.
