Suggestions for improvement
- Put sales as #1 priority. Treat people better. Hold install mgr and installers accountable.
I like about the employer
You can make OK money if you are good, and a little lucky
I dislike about the employer
Where to start...there is constant turnover for both sales and install, the ops and install mgr are not team players, to say the least. Doesn't matter how much you sell, just the number of appointments. They celebrate firing a prospect. They want you to record your appointments. They look for reasons not to do a job. They look for reasons to ding your commission. It is a sales organization run by an accountant.
