Leadership often makes decisions behind closed doors without consulting employees in decisions that affect them.
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay for performance across the board pay-incentive, not a blanket 2%, or 3% raise for everyone.
What I like about the company
I liked the vacation package, also the pay was adequate. HR surveys every couple of years, where the employees get to grade management.
What I dislike about the company
Supervisors often had no, or very little, previous experience in a leadership position and usually no management degree or training.
