Office / Work Environment
If you have other options take them
Sonora annually competes in "Best places to work" however since 2007 not only havwe employees ranked the company poorly but fewer employees contribute due to an ever increasing threat from specific upper management. As employee participation drops upper management has had to resort to "creative" statistics to give the company a positive image. This being much to the dismay of participating workers.
In any large company employees must realize that for the good of the company every employee can not see their position as any more than expendable. Sonora has elevated this to disposable.
Do as I say not as I do.
