- No names mentioned, fire with prejudice the COO and her henchman. Rebuild an atmosphere of trust between management and all others, change the name of the company to erase the superficial black mark the name implies. Work on restoring the employee management trusy, it is a long slow process. Legitimize the employee satisfaction survey instead of using it as propaganda. Sonora has not legitimately been one of the best places to work since 2007, since the statistics have been manipulated to assist in hiring into a hostile work environment.
