Suggestions for improvement
- Too little too late now. Most of the really creative minds went elsewhere. Company is now owned by a holding company.
I like about the employer
Steady pay, company events, good people to work with.
I dislike about the employer
Management at the higher levels had trouble making decisions. As a game company, upper management would come down and change entire design of new products without allowing the time necessary to apply the design changes. Then they would come back and change things back leaving the development in chaos. Older existing projects were better. Corporate culture became one of backstabbing climbers and management didn't seem to understand how it ruined morale.
