- Treat staff fairly a get the HR management to listen to employees conduct serveys and get a true Quality structure starting from the top down. Give your customers what been proposed.
What I dislike about the company
They use staff and drop them after gaining or gaining business knowlege. Many employees have expressed this same concern.
