The company culture is broken. Every man for themselves. Backstabbing is common. This is a reflection of the owners.
Support from Management
Lack of mentorship and guidance. Discussing conflicting situations or addressing issues with a supervisor usually results in negative refection of the employee rather than a corrective measure to resolve the situation(s).
The employees are generally hard working and work great together. Unfortunately, most of the members of the executive team do not recognize them.
