Very family like. Everyone knows your name
Direct supervisor is understanding.
I have grown in my role and have been challenged to think outside the box. I am someone who likes efficiency and innovation so this has been a great company for me to work for. I enjoy working along side a team that cares about people and keep patientsfirst.
I have several doctors that I work with that call me to thank me for making a difference in their lives on a fairly regular basis. Making an impact is the best!
They cared about work life balance, and really were true to there vision and goals.

Employees don't like

Physician sometimes weren’t on board, even though they signed contracts to be apart of the organization. That was difficult hurdle.
I am happy with the company, no issues
Promote more women to the top-top roles (top 4-6). All real C-level roles are filled by white men.
Schedule and role changes daily.
It can be challenging to keep up with all the changes especially in the data systems. We are an outcome driven company and because of this it would be beneficial to have a more in depth training in the data systems expssially as they change.

Suggestions for improvement

Stability and communication are. Key to long term employees.
Overall, I wouldn’t change anything. The issues were issues on employees level, not anything the company was directly involved.
I would not change anything at All
I think allowing promotions for people that work remotely should be considered. Also, more training and resources for all departments.
better align outcomes with compensation, put in yearly salary increases for all business colleagues not just junior ones
