Very talented and knowledgeable employees were not appreciated for their contributions to the company.
Communication in the local office was good, but information coming from corporate was poor and often untimely.
For several years I made much less than my male counterparts. This was confirmed by a supervisor.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Long serving colleagues were not appreciated. The company often brought on higher paid positions at corporate while keeping salaries frozen at lower levels.
