Very talented and knowledgeable employees were not appreciated for their contributions to the company.
Communication in the local office was good, but information coming from corporate was poor and often untimely.
For several years I made much less than my male counterparts. This was confirmed by a supervisor.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Long serving colleagues were not appreciated. The company often brought on higher paid positions at corporate while keeping salaries frozen at lower levels.
Overall compensation for your work
Salaries were paid on time.
Toward the end of our time there moral was very low.
The company closed one of its offices without warning and this affected over 30 long term employees.
Inclusive / Diverse
It was mostly a white male dominated company.
