No trust in senior staff, no confidentiality or fairness.
None. Staff work together, leadership doesn't give them a chance to implement their own vision.

No matter what leader says, managers aren't given any authority or support. Leaders only ok their pet projects with their pet team members ok even if they aren't involved in program.
lots of women managers, staff aren't appreciated or given a good chance to prove their value if they are not within a selected group.
