Suggestions for improvement
- More opportunities for professional development and improved physical space
There's no realistic goals for work flow. Scheduling is ALWAYS off. Management will not step up to help employees.
No place for advancement.
There's not enough training for anything. It's either u sink or swim.
Nothing. I regret wasting my time there.
There's always gossip. Enough to disturb work flow. Management is there to just collect a check. Lack of leadership.
