Suggestions for improvement
- Hire, promote and retain based on merit, experience or performance. Instead of picking the chosen few based on nothing other than they chose to like the person.
What I like about the company
There are nice people working in different areas of the company.
What I dislike about the company
Fosters Me Too and protection around those involved. Once the current CEO was hired to minorities at SJI were released. Extremely racist company and culture. They do not want certain minorities at the very top. Are breaking laws, but are fearless of repercussions. They have gotten away with so much. Put people leadership who they are friend or are friends of relatives with no qualifications (lack of credentials and appropriate degree). Use work from the qualified employees, but promote the ones who don’t produce and aren’t capable of making sound decisions. Do not retain or promote the ones doing all of the good, quality work. Just use them to inflate their own salaries. Us women are in bad position unless you are apart of their Me Too scenario. Those women are untouchable. Touch them at a risk to your career.
