Southboro leadership is gone. We lost a lot of great people after merging.
Communication is not great, there are too many emails and unnecessary print outs but the important things get lost in translation. Employees feel we only receive part of the information upfront.
There is minimal chance of going anywhere in this company, especially after the merge. Many people were demoted.
