The leadership was not there. It was all about them. They were more about riding around in their fancy vehicles bought by the public than leading where they should be leading.

Meetings turned into a joke. Used to regular meeting took place but now the board meets but that is about it. Employees are included in the meetings and have no say so in what goes on.
Yes, but I feel the women have to work doubly hard to do the same accomplishments as men.
Attitude towards older colleagues
I no longer work there and I feel my age played a very important role in the decision for this determination.
Theres no benefits so its hard to build a career on this particular company. With the field yes, this company, no.

Yes, wages are ok but benefit are unavailable.
People are encouraged to work as much as possible. Most are working this job as a second job because this one comes with no benefits.
I'm not sure how others feel about it now.
I'm no longer employed there after a disagreement with the assistant chief.
