Are you a Current or Former Employee? Former job since 2013
Support from Management
There is no leadership at all
Vans are old and falling apart. It's like pulling teeth trying to get new tires, even considering the ones on the vehicle were bald. When it's time to get the oil changed, you have to take it to the place and either wait or come back for it, and all the time you are off the clock!
I dislike about the employer
They have something they call down time. If you don't have a passenger in your vechile within a half hour, you are considered off the clock and don't get paid for that time. You can work 12-14 hours some day and only get paid for 8. After all is said and done, there are times when you don't even make min wage
