Suggestions for improvement
- If you have a good employee, compensate them for it. If you value them, show them they're appreciated.
Good old boy culture
I would ask questions by email and get no response from two managers
Team ignores some people
There are no written training materials. All training is done by word of mouth. There are no best practices for the same job; everyone does what is best in their own eyes. There are no written job duties or guidelines.
They never gave me my 401K because I was laid off
It was normal not to receive training even upon request. Most of the permanent employees were related and actually from s particular culture. It was quickly known who received preferencial treatment and who would be released from their assignments. It was difficult to excel even for the exceptional employees.
I saw a lot of opportunities for the department and company to grow but change was discouraged. This usent the place to be if you need a stable job or one with potential for growth.
Meetings were held but in no way did they resemble a two way communication meeting. Participation in the decision making process didn't include frontline. Audiys should reveal those truly vested, train tjose individuals then seek there recommendations for improvement.
