Freedom to work independently
Yes thats the problem no proper training and put you on the floor with only a week or anything, then tell you you've not had any training just wanted to see how you could handle the calls. Not good in my eye sight.
Different from any call center I have ever been in.
Suggestions for improvement
- to be honest and forthworth with your future employees try training people before you allow them to take calls and make sure they are familiar with the job they are to perform.
