Company Culture

If you don't kiss up... you'l be booted out and they do tell potential employers bad things.

Support from management

they will throw you under the bus once you stop being their pawn.

24/7/365 on call and you are the bad guy if you stand up for your rights.

50/50 management will create problems just to see if you can handle the situation.

BACK STABBING- 1.tell you to do process "A" then complain because you did exactly as ordered. 2. demand security lock-down to prevent unplanned outage, then accuse you of paranoia for locking down system as ordered. 3. manager demands to bypass workstation password or be charged with insubordination. 4. ordered to keep servers secure by ensuring only company employees have access to delete files, then order contractor be given access, then blame YOU when files are deleted by the contrtcr

They REFUSE to compensate for being made to work while on vacation.

not in the slightest!! there are tech/specs there literally on call 24/7/365 no vacation breaks, and the call center will give out personal phone numbers to irate customers.

  • The old management needs to get out and bring in those who actually mean 100% equality when they preach it.

What I like about the company

looking back..... not too much.

What I dislike about the company

Hypocrisy on cyber security when a "preferential/protected employee" uses other ID's and passwords to try and hack into equipment, no disciplinary action is taken.
Management gets away with threatening job position if the individuals manager is given a bad review.
