Suggestions for improvement
- Training for managers and supervisor. Not just training on how not to get sued but how to properly develop and handle employees.
What I like about the company
Great benefit and pay. They provide tools needed to do job.
What I dislike about the company
Need to hire better managers and supervisor. Some people with no experience or is not fit for job is hired to oversee people. Need to promote more developmental opportunity from within.
