executives are unreliable and mostly incompetent, managers are under pressure to do destructive things as a result.
Support from Management
Senior leadership is worse than useless. Mostly unqualified (with some honorable exceptions) and utterly unreliable.
Used to be better than it was, but 4 years of continuous layoffs have eroded all team spirit
They communicate earnings through mass emails. That's about it.
