- Walk the walk, don't just talk the talk. Address adverse impact. Start valuing diversity.
What I like about the company
I had the opportunity to work for several great managers (and two not so great managers) who enabled me to work independently, valued my out of the box thinking and exposed me to a variety of opportunities. Well paid and great bonus structure.
What I dislike about the company
Very "cliquish" - if you don't fit the mold then you won't progress. Favorites are picked quickly. Unless you are agreeable or if you question/challenge the norm you will be labeled "not a team player." Integration as a new employee is difficult. Employer says all the right things but actions don't match. White males progress quicker and are paid more.
