Suggestions for improvement
- Performance reviews are not always guaranteed and so raises and title changes aren’t reliable.
For those that like to think their better than they really are.
Director as direct report will ignore you for your stay there and will not manage any of their employees. Like not having a manager at all since all subordinates are basically doing his job.

Meetings but no action, everyone wants to be a project manager but nobody wants to do the work.
Great people! I was teaching Special Ed before this and it feels really good to feel appreciated. My coworkers are happy with my level of skills and give me a very supportive environment. I also love having easy access to lectures and other learning opportunities. I also plan to take advantage of tuition benefits soon.
