Suggestions for improvement
- Executive management needs to improve communication with staff and start treating professionals as professionals.
What I like about the company
The immediate management is excellent. Field staff has control over daily work flow. Benefits are excellent.
What I dislike about the company
Executive management (director level and up) tend to view employees as a necessary evil and often fail to support field staff in the execution of regulatory duties.
