Support from management
I was top sales for San Antonio for 1 1/2 running ,so even though I was average for production . Management made sure to keep me off the radar where numbers were low.
Individual pulling their own weight hit all their metrics set by the company. The weakest link get a total of 6 month - 1 year to bring numbers up or get enough write ups to be let go.
Freedom to work independently
Plenty of that once your in your own van that you take home . Your day is routed from your front door everyday.
Monthly meeting every month on a inventory pull day which I always thought way was dumb. Now that meeting just ate into properly cleaning straightening , doing turn ins and organizing my van to ran at least the day..
In the field there maybe 3 females totally between 6 location
Attitude towards older colleagues
Their motto is if you can handle the work load try to work hard enough to provide to company your more supervisor material or find another line of work.
Overall compensation for your work
When I was there I love my job and my pay with benefits. I was there only 3 month when ask to travel to Odessa on travel team . From that time on they just sign me up and let me know the dates , I was more then glad to go out of market.
Give and take you can have the personality and between the customers or immediate supervisor have to do a restart to your day to not bring attitude to next customer.
It's all about production
As long as you can keep up your metrics and be safe when driving
Number 1 priority
What I dislike about the company
I had a torn meniscus in January 2015 was cleared to return September 2018 . My old supervisor said let me honest we demand more at least pay and sales don't matter , which that was my strength.
The following benefits were offered to me
