Suggestions for improvement
- improving customer service and business processes to better serve customers. The workflow of task needs to become more paperless.
What I like about the company
Colleagues are great to work with, flexible work scheduling to take care of personal task - as long as the work gets done. The work is very challenging and requires good organizational and time management skills.
What I dislike about the company
The lack of up to date business processes.
