I do not trust any of the supervisors.
Support from Management
The mandatory response to questions is " I don't know".
Some of the employees care about their work, most are just collecting a paycheck and could care less.
Level of Autonomy
The people who are efficient get heavier work loads.
No communication or continuity.
It's a union shop, take that however you will.
