There is no fairness and no room for improvement. Managers are not trained or qualified therefore they often use negative reinforcement tactics. Insults, threats, etc. There is not room to move up often, and there is no room for women to move up ever.
Support from Management
There is no leadership in southern. The company focuses on making the number, as long as this is done they have no regard for how their managers behave. They do not invest time training their managers, therefore most are not qualified. 90% of their staff does not have a degree because they came from the bar industry.
