Support from Management
Employees are not important to them. They continually have a revolving door. They're constantly changing employees because they don't value any individual that works for them as an employee.
Employees seem to work together. It's management you have to worry about.
Level of Autonomy
No real infrastructure. This is a mom and pop company.
It's supposed to be a company into communication but some how there's mis-communication
