Support from management
Employees are not important to them. They continually have a revolving door. They're constantly changing employees because they don't value any individual that works for them as an employee.
Employees seem to work together. It's management you have to worry about.
Freedom to work independently
No real infrastructure. This is a mom and pop company.
It's supposed to be a company into communication but some how there's mis-communication
They try to be.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Shady, manipulative, untrustworthy, etc.....
None! You won't be there long enough to grow!
Overall compensation for your work
Looks are deceiving!
Office / Work Environment
Safety is not there number one priority!
They can care less about social awareness.
Could be steady work, but the nonsense over weighs it. Not worth it!
Ha! That's a laugh! There is none!
Your on your own!
They don't teach it or practice it!
Challenge! Yeah they challenge you to say something when they scold you for nothing or something that ain't your fault.

Not at all!

- Quit the business if you're not going to conduct yourselves professionally like a real company!
