Suggestions for improvement
- I believe you should be evaluated and promoted based on the work you do and the quality, not if you're having lunch with people everyday. It's so clear to everyone who the favorites are because they have risen to management faster than people who have years of seniority on them.
I like about the employer
They offer matching 401k, paid time off, maternity leave, and have pretty good insurance.
I dislike about the employer
Too much favoritism for who is friends with who. They don't like men, it is an extremely woman dominated environment. There is no appreciation of seniority. They will fire you if you aren't gonna kiss up and play their game.
