Suggestions for improvement
- The company treats its employees at headquarters or salaried employees a lot better than the hourly employees. Instead of having all these events at headquarters for show (beating piñatas on the Tarmac), it would be nice if the out stations and Call centers could "feel the LUV" too.
I like about the employer
I like that Southwest does make an effort to reward the hardwork that the customer service employees do from time to time.
