Are you a Current or Former Employee? Former job since 2015
negative, unprofessional behavior. New employees are made to fend for themselves. Supervisor could not take feed back or suggestions from employees except when social friendship was entangled with work relationship
Support from Management
Supervisor unprofessional, Discharged After requesting to follow OSHA rules and Regs. of disposing contaminated materials. Called out in front of other employees that policy would need to change in accordance to OSHA regulations since 1 employee complained. Employees upset that they would need to chnge current policy because of 1 complaint. I brought attention to proper disposal of contaminated (body fluids) material should not be disposed into regular trash bins. As health care workers we are stewards of our community including safety precautions.
