Company discriminates based on age and skin color.
Suggestions for improvement
- Value the contribution of every employee. Diversity training. Training in professional manner and attire. Match other employers in salaries. Very few people stay with the employer for any length of time, there needs to be a safe person that employees can talk to so that upper management can understand why. There was no one that I could go to for help with being sexually harassed, bullied, and ostracized. My reviews were good until I refused advances.
- Promote within. Provide on-going career development to all employees. Allow employees to evaluate management.
What I like about the company
The varied programs.
What I dislike about the company
They don't value their employees, they don't listen to their employees, and they lack an understanding of professionalism and teamwork. They pit employees against each other, ostracize those who don't fall in line, and don't pay well.
