There is an employee of the month award, but it was often the same people that received it. Hard work was recognized on a monthly basis, also usually the same people.
Support from Management
Management was fair and involved.
The name of the game was "Teamwork" and we all worked toward the same outcome.
Level of Autonomy
The workload was heavy and shift leaders tried very hard to share the reponsibility.
