Too much nepotism.
Support from Management
They do not set realistic targets and are very unclear and unrealistic in their decisions. They do not involve employees in their decision making-process.
Colleagues do not work well together because there is too much stress and pressure put on them. They are overworked and underpaid.
Level of Autonomy
The workload is not fairly distributed as I was one Risk/Safety Coordinator over 87 programs and there was no training given whatsoever.
